- Complete one homeplay assignment for massage per week
- Complete and send in application for massage license
- Attend a yoga class or do a yoga dvd once a week
- Run 3 (or more) miles 3-4 times per week
- Celebrate something I'm grateful for everyday
- Spend time with butoh/movement practice--either discussion and/or with exercises once a week
- Spend quality time with hubby--dinner, movie, walk, etc.
- Be mindful of my emotions and reactions
Welcome to my blog. We are always in a state of constant movement in our experience. There are bumps along the path and they need to be shared with others because we are not alone.
